Objectives

The principal of the company physically walked into our office without an appointment. He said he wanted to make sure our company is real because he has had negative experiences with other companies. After a few meetings in our office and their office with their management and key employees, we went to work. We created new brand messaging that distilled their sales presentation messaging into a few points quickly understood by their unique target audiences.

Strategy

Their website looked dated, did not work well on mobile devices, and their e-commerce site was not functioning correctly. We completely redesigned their website and devised a digital marketing strategy to reach their target audiences on many different channels cost-efficiently. We are also in the process of producing a series of marketing videos to help educate their audiences and generate leads for their sales team.

We conducted a Competitive Market Analysis Report to uncover all the traffic sources, claims, and marketing strategies of their successful competitors. We interviewed their top salespeople and learned the talking points that help convert callers into consumers. We also asked them what the top questions were that their clients had and how they answered them. We also used our Web Content Analysis Tools to gain insight into their audiences’ concerns about their IRAs. Our goal was to find a relatable tone and language that their audience would respond to and engage with. Our strategists and copywriters went to work writing headlines and copy for website and video scripts.
