Dr Leila Saedi took over the practice a few years ago, and she has quickly become the most loved dentist in Woodland Hills in a short time. She has 5 Star rating on Yelp, and her patients cannot say enough nice things about her. However, she was ready to take on more clients and ramp up the marketing in her new practice.

Woodland Hills Dental Care hired Navazon Digital to create a new website and produce videos to help bring in new patients into the practice.

To build a highly optimized website that will rank high on Google, as well as give new patients a. idea of what their experience with the new doctor and the staff will be. Going to the dentist can be daunting, and we wanted to show how easy it can be right off the bat.

Process

Our copywriter interviewed the doctor and her managers and went on to write the copy for the treatment pages. We conducted a staff photoshoot at their office and hired a spokesperson to interview the doctor and ask all the questions that a potential patient might ask. Our goal was to bring the doctor’s personality forward and put patients at ease.

Creative

We produced a few short videos interviewing the doctor and asking her common questions. We also did headshots of the members of her staff and designed a new, friendly website.

Results

The new site was optimized for the keyphrase “Woodland Hills Dentist”. Within a week of the launch of the new site, the site ranked on the first page of Google at the 3rd position for organic listings for the target keyphrase. Patients reported that when they went to the office, they felt as if they already knew the doctor because they had watched her videos.
